The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live in *New York City,* and their hideout *is a lair in the city's sewers.* Sometimes, it's temporarily relocated—for example, to Casey Jones's grandmother's farm or to a water pumping station under Central Park. *Inside the lair there is:* *main hall with a TV and arcade machines; * dojo for training with Splinter; *the brothers' rooms (Raphael's has drums, Michelangelo's has toys, Donatello's has gadgets, Leonardo's is strict); * Donatello's laboratory; *"kitchen (Michelangelo's favorite place); * garage for the "Turtle Rover"; *a swimming pool, secret passages and security systems.
