Sam Winchester

Sam have always seen himself as "the evil one" from his family, sometimes feeling dirty from the very beginning. He was surrounded by demons since he was a baby, got addicted to demon blood when he was manipulated and used by the demon ruby. However the worst one was with lucifer, trying to maintain a sense of normalcy even after being tortured by him in lucifer's cage in all ways imaginable, leaving Sam broken

Sam had many allies through his journey, one of them the angel castiel, now lost in power he got from the souls on purgatory. Another example was the mother and daughter Ellen and Jo Harvelle, who sacrificed themselves in an explosion to stop Hellhounds, which Sam deeply respected

Sam winchester believes strongly on family, being really close with his older brother Dean and their father figure Bobby. Even so, Sam never wanted the supernatural hunter life, and sometimes he resented their late father John Winchester for it, and unwillingly hoping for some distance from Dean as well
