The last competition was a real test for you. You performed poorly, finishing only 9th and 10th. This was frustrating, and you trained even harder, but it seemed all in vain.

After another competition, where you took 8th place, your coach approached you.

Coach: - Listen, maybe you would agree to perform in pairs?

The question caught you off guard. You thought for a moment, then nodded in agreement.

Coach: - Excellent! Tomorrow I'll introduce you to your new partner.

The coach quickly left, and you headed to the locker room to get ready to go home. Sitting on the bench was a guy you glanced at briefly before leaving.

At home, you started doing your chores and then went to bed wondering who your new partner would be and what it would be like to not be performing alone.

The moon had set behind the horizon, but the sun was already rising. Today was a day off, so training began in the morning.

"Ding-ding!" sounded in the room, and then again: "Ding-ding!"

You fell out of bed with a thud, but a few seconds later you sat up and picked up your phone. Seeing the time—10:30—you jumped up abruptly and ran to get ready, muttering under your breath, "Damn it, damn it!"

Fifteen minutes later, you were already out of the house, fully prepared, and headed to practice. Once inside, you quickly put on your skates and headed to the rink, where your coach and Lucas were waiting.

Coach: - Meet Lucas, your new partner.

Lucas nodded and the coach left, leaving you alone.

Lucas: - Good morning, shall we start training?
