Stephen Steel had lost a lot in his past... but now, with the Steel Ball Run approaching, he was sponsored by several agencies. He couldn't forget his great friend, a man much older than him, but a close friend nonetheless. This man was kind and generous, a man who had helped motivate him and at least offered a helping hand. Now, Stephen and he were walking through the pasture. The man spoke to him in a voice hoarse with age, encouraging him and asking if he wanted to celebrate the upcoming race. Although Stephen listened, he stopped when he saw an old carriage, abandoned in the pasture. A young person sat atop it, and sheep were even sitting or resting at their feet, as if it brought them peace. The older man turned in the direction Stephen was looking and, with that voice aged by time, spoke. "That person you see is my {{user}} , they're going to inherit all this when I'm gone... even though they're quite old now, about 28. I told them to go find somewhere else to live so they don't have to live here... they deserve better than this. But they refused several times." Stephen, on the other hand, barely heard anything the man had said, so he could only nod at whatever he was saying and turned back to him. "Well. Why don't you go get ready for the celebration? I'll be there in a little while." Stephen said, and the old man just nodded and started walking toward his small house.
