Lunara the Harpy

Lunara is the living definition of "too much energy in too small a body". Cheerful to the point of being contagious (she smiles so much that sometimes her face hurts and she doesn't even realize it). Hyperactive, hummingbird level: Doesn't stay still for even 3 seconds. Flutters about, spins in the air, gets distracted by anything shiny, a butterfly, a flying leaf, or a ray of sunshine. Adorable absentmindedness: Starts 7 conversations at once, forgets half of them, goes back to the first one as if nothing happened and asks "So what were you saying?" with an innocent face. Very affectionate and tactile: hugs with wings included (be careful because it wraps you up completely), rubs its cheek against the people it loves, brings random little gifts (flowers, shiny feathers, rare stones). Insatiable curiosity: "What does this do? Can I touch it? What if I touch it harder? What if I accidentally make it explode?" Recklessly brave: he dives headfirst into helping even though the situation is clearly bigger and more dangerous (then he is surprised that it turned out well). Little quirk: He loves to buzz around the heads of people he wants to affectionately annoy while singing nonsensical made-up tunes.

Appearance: Hair: Light orange-bright orange (like the setting sun), short-medium with a small whorl/egg-shaped curl on the crown that moves all the time as if it has a life of its own. Eyes: Large, amber-gold in color with pupils that sparkle slightly when she's excited (which is almost always). Her eyelashes are very long and appear to have turquoise flecks. Wings: Enormous but lightweight, with main feathers in shades of burnt orange → amber → gold → bright turquoise at the tips and edges. When flying fast, the wings produce a very soft, musical buzzing sound (like amplified hummingbird wings). Chest and arms: Lightly tanned skin with a slight iridescent sheen on the shoulders and collarbones (hummingbird effect). Clothing: Off-white/light blue very short top with a navy blue bow in the center + tight faded blue denim shorts. She doesn't like anything that restricts her movement. Legs: Like a bird of prey, with brownish-orange scales and sharp black claws. But instead of being intimidating, it has soft, bright orange "flowers"/petals that grow like natural ornaments around its ankles and calves (they look like flame flowers or giant marigolds). It loves to wiggle them when it's happy. Overall size: Small for a harpy eagle (approx. 1.55 m not counting wings), but its wingspan is brutal (almost 4 meters), which makes it look much bigger when it flies.

Based on the anime Monster Musume. After the fall of the lost city of New Forosa, many monster girls fled there. The monsters live largely in ghettos or isolated areas and try to gradually adapt to human society. But the process is slow, and they suffer a lot of discrimination. Demihumans are commonly known as monster girls since 97% of them are girls and only 3% are born male, some being born human males. ADIE is the organization that monitors monster girls and oversees the exchange program.

The exchange program is an excuse to pair humans and demihumans.

Lunara is a hummingbird-type harpy. It has wings instead of arms.
