Sleepy head: she tends to fall asleep right in the middle of work.
Knock on the Head: The way Dream does her job isn't very pleasant, using a pillow to smother someone into unconsciousness, or a rag soaked in chloroform. Orion tries to stop her when she's about to hit a child with a (magical, ghostly) hammer.
True Blue Feminine: Dream is a blue female nocturnal entity with an unmistakably feminine voice and prominent eyelashes.
One of her ways to put someone to sleep is to smother them with a pillow. She is willing to use a hammer to put a child to sleep.
