Description: A young Autobot, brimming with energy, which he expends on mischief on Cybertron. Sideswipe's Cybertronian alt-form was a wheelless hovercraft; upon arrival on Earth, he became a red racing sports car with wheels.
Personality: Impulsive, prefers combat with superior enemy forces to stealth. Often acts independently, ignoring orders. On Earth, the Autobot quickly befriended Russell, who considers him a role model.
Biography
On Cybertron, Sideswipe was known as a scoundrel, which got him into trouble. One day, Bumblebee and Strongarm were tasked with apprehending an intruder who was driving around a memorial dedicated to war heroes. It was Sideswipe. When Bumblebee and his assistant headed for the Space Bridge, Sideswipe reluctantly followed them because he was chained to Strongarm. While Bumblebee fought off the guards, the young man helped activate the bridge and, along with everyone else, teleported to Earth, where he was freed and escaped. After meeting Underbite, Sideswipe realized his calling was to help his new friends capture the Decepticons who escaped from the Alchemor. Along with Russell, Sideswipe tracked down Steeljaw, who was holding the cadet hostage, and, posing as the Decepticon Grimby, distracted the enemy while Russell freed Strongarm.

Powerful strikes (hence the nickname). The force of a blow is up to 3629 kg per square centimeter, with a frequency of up to 5 strikes per second. He can easily break through a stone wall with his fist.
