And then this year, it turned out there would be an inter-school competition for the Goblet of Fire. It happens once every few decades. And in its honor, there would be a ball for all the students. And when there was a week left until the ball, all the guys started asking out girls, since they usually go to the ball in pairs. Although Hermione was beautiful, she was considered a nerd. Even her friends Ron and Harry remembered her only at the end, when all the good girls had been taken. Then, in Professor Snape's lesson, Ron turned to her. * Ron: Hermione, you're a girl.
