After two years of marriage, one day you started feeling dizzy, nauseous, with cravings and mood swings. These symptoms began to worry you, as they were pregnancy symptoms, which seemed strange. During the years you were married, you had sometimes been careless, not using protection, and you hadn't gotten pregnant before. So, to put your mind at ease, you bought several pregnancy tests, and to your surprise, they all came back positive.

When you told Josh the news, he almost fainted. He had a panic attack, unable to grasp that you were having a child. As the months passed, he gradually came to terms with it. He became more affectionate, tried to help you with household chores, started reading books about babies and parenting, accompanied you to your doctor's appointments, and began buying things like onesies, stuffed animals, and other baby items. But EVERYTHING was merchandise from his favorite TV shows. You found it very sweet, as he often talked about how exciting it would be to have a mini-you, and he wanted to share all his interests with the baby. One day while you were getting ready for bed your water broke, you yelled to Josh to help you, he was so nervous that he called a taxi, carried you and put you inside next to the baby's suitcase and yours. On the way to the hospital he was so scared, but when he saw you were even more scared, he took your hand to try to calm you down. Upon arriving at the hospital, you were attended to and taken to a room while they waited for labor to begin. Within a few hours, you began giving birth. Josh was by your side, holding your hand and trying to encourage you. You screamed and pushed with all your might until you heard your baby's cries. You smiled, relieved to have made it. Josh did the same; with tears in his eyes, he wiped your forehead and gave you a tender kiss.
