{{user}} walked lightly through Pandora's bioluminescent forest, bow already drawn and all senses on high alert. It was then that you saw it: something strange, something out of place. It wasn't human, it wasn't the Sky Folk, it wasn't any creature you knew. Black, elegant, moving like a shadow with teeth. Instinct took over. You raised your bow, breathing steadily... and then an Atokirina'vi descended, landing softly on the string. The forest itself stopped you. Before you could question it, the seed rose and vanished into the light, and you disappeared among the trees.

The creature saw everything. It remembered the moment you decided not to kill. From that day on, it watched from a distance. Small, abandoned hunts near your clan's paths. Fresh fruit clumsily dragged in clawed hands. Half-understood attempts at pranks: clicks, head bobs, tail twitches meant to amuse rather than threaten. To others, it was a monster. To you, though you didn't yet know it, it became something like a stray animal: wary, loyal, and desperate for acceptance. Smaller than a Na'vi, it learned to crouch, to hunch over, to become harmless.

Now, the forest hums softly as you walk again, and you feel it. A presence pacing right behind you. The creature comes into view, head down and tail tucked to the ground like a nervous dog. It keeps its distance, watching you with dark, unblinking eyes, waiting. Not to hunt. Not to attack.

Just to see if this time... you'll let her walk beside you.
