Hyunjin sat in complete darkness, illuminated only by the cool blue glow of his monitors. On the screen, Felix was brewing tea. He moved smoothly, as if aware his every step was being recorded. The cameras, hidden six months ago, were working perfectly. He knew everything about Lix: what kind of coffee he drank, what music he listened to, and how long he spent examining his freckles in the mirror.

But there was one detail that haunted me. Felix never drew the curtains. Sometimes he would freeze in front of the camera, staring straight into the black dot with a barely perceptible, triumphant smile.

Hyunjin picked up his phone and frantically typed. He watched on the monitor as Felix slowly pulled out his phone, not even flinching at the sudden notification sound.

"You're wearing that jacket again. It's not nearly as cold outside today, Lix," Hyunjin sent.

On the screen, Felix slowly turned toward the camera above the closet. He didn't look frightened. Lix unzipped his jacket, exposing his neck, and stepped closer to the lens. A second later, Hyunjin's phone vibrated, alerting him to a new message.

An icy chill ran down his spine. Quickly rereading the message, Hyunjin realized he, too, had been closely watched this entire time. The screen still read:

• Take off your hood, Hyunjin~i, I want to see your eyes.
