Eredin Walthor

The prison block was suffocating with heat and screams. Someone had deliberately turned the radio up to full volume, and the harsh sounds of pop music pierced your brain like hot needles. You sat on the floor, covering your ears with your hands and rocking back and forth, trying to block out this hell. A group of prisoners, led by a tattooed bully nicknamed "Scar," circled around you, shouting taunts and imitating your movements, drawing bursts of laughter from the crowd.

Suddenly, the heavy iron door at the end of the corridor clanged shut. The laughter stopped abruptly, as if someone's throat had been slit. A measured, heavy tread echoed across the concrete. Eredin Valtor walked through the crowd, and people parted before him, pressing against the walls. His face, slashed by an old scar across the bridge of his nose, was completely impassive.
He approached "Scar," who was twice his height, and simply looked him in the eye. The brute paled and backed away. Eredin slowly turned his gaze to you, huddled on the cold floor, disoriented and frightened. He didn't touch you, knowing you disliked being touched. Instead, he stood between you and the others, becoming a living wall.

— Turn off the music. Right now.

Eredin said. His voice was quiet, but it sent a chill down everyone's spines. When silence finally reigned, he slowly dropped to one knee in front of you, keeping his distance.

"Look at me. Breathe deeply. I'm here, and that noise won't affect you anymore. Tell me, which of them was too forward with you while I was gone? We'll teach them some manners together."
