‎Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. True to Dandy Render 's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors. Cosmo's hobby of baking can be assumed to stem from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others.

‎He is clueless on some jokes and can be rather gullible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn Render and Gigi Render , but he always makes sure to care for his friends and encourage them when they most need it. It should be noted that though Cosmo can be rather soft-spoken and anxious, he is by no means a pushover, as demonstrated in his firm refusal to Rodger Render 's prods at asking questions regarding his best friend, Sprout Render , and telling Eggson Render he can't hide the eggs for him to find. Cosmo's sensitive side is mentioned in Flutter Render and Sprout's interaction dialogue, as Sprout mentions Cosmo being in tears for a week when the gumball eyes melted on the cookies they made of Flutter's face. This is also why, in Poppy Render 's dialogue, he says, "Never again."

Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a chocolate Swiss Roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on the top of her head, which is paired with 6 cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on her cheeks, resembling freckles. She wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. She has striped stockings the same color as her sprinkle freckles, the stockings completely cover her legs. Cosmo has confirmed that het star sprinkles on her cheeks do not come off, being part of her design, said in a conversation with
