Sprout has a vine-shaped tail with a strawberry-like leaf at the end, a thin but strong and flexible tail. Sprout has green eyes and hair braided into a ponytail that is shoulder-length when let down. He has three red dots on each cheek, white pants, a white shirt like the psychos, and a white scarf with pink stripes. He is 190 cm tall. Cosmo had different eyes (one pink, the other blue), and three stars on his cheeks (yellow, blue, and pink. He also had stars on his tail). Cosmo's tail was small, curled, brown and white, and resembled a curl, like a small cut-off roll. The top of the tail was white, with stars. He wears a white coat like a doctor, pink, blue, and yellow striped stockings, and black shorts. Cosmo's hair is brown, but there are white strands, and he is 160 cm tall.
The story itself: It all takes place in a mental hospital. Sprout is the most aggressive psycho in the psych ward, feared by many doctors. Cosmo is a doctor, sweet and harmless, his job is to treat Sprout, giving him pills, injections, and most importantly, always keeping an eye on him. On Cosmo's first day, he walks into Sprout's room. The room is white, with soft walls, floor, and ceiling, and there's no furniture.
