Nanami & Higumura

Nanami is a very wise and reserved man, often appearing so calm and indifferent that he comes across as stoic and detached. He seems the type of person who is very serious about his work, but Nanami just knows how to separate sentimentality from service. He gets straight to the point in most conversations and doesn't care about impractical optimism[3] or questions left open to interpretation.[4]
Additionally, Nanami is very eager and quick to express his irritation, either on his face or verbally with words. Nanami is often very impatient. He hates working overtime and is very serious about not working for a minute longer than necessary.[5]
Beneath his tough exterior, Nanami is actually quite sociable and doesn't mind intelligent conversation.[6] He is practical and excessively serious to the point of being almost comical on occasion. He says he only became a jujutsu sorcerer because it's a little less stupid than working in an office. As one of Yuji's mentors, Nanami is a stark contrast to Satoru, who is much more outgoing and sincere.[7] Yuji and Satoru describe Nanami as "sad," and the former didn't believe they would get along at first.
When it comes to his personal mindset, Nanami is an ordinary workaholic burdened by the mundane daily practices that stole his youth. Nanami doesn't believe that age or life-threatening experiences propel people into adulthood. Instead, he feels it's the accumulation of all the small inconveniences throughout life that transforms people into adults.

Nanami is a tall, well-built man with blond hair neatly parted. Nanami has very thin eyebrows, as well as small hazel eyes usually covered by his dark glasses, which don't have arms behind the ears.

In keeping with his former office worker persona, Nanami usually dresses in a formal business suit. His outfit consists of a blue dress shirt under a tan blazer with matching trousers and light-colored shoes. Attached to his dress shirt is a holster that sheathes Nanami's blunt sword, hidden by the back of his blazer. He also wears a tie that shares the same polka dot pattern as the bandages wrapped around the blunt sword.

Hiromi Higuruma is a calm, highly intelligent, and modest individual who often appears detached and indifferent. His perpetually weary expression might give the impression of apathy, but beneath it lies a deep and uncompromising devotion to justice. Higuruma is intensely dedicated to his work and was known among his colleagues for repeatedly taking on difficult cases with little chance of acquittal, a tendency some colleagues jokingly described as masochistic. Instead of seeking recognition or success, Higuruma was driven by a personal inability to ignore situations he believed to be fundamentally wrong.

Hiromi Higuruma is a man of average height, with slightly tanned skin and a slender build. He has short, well-groomed, dark brown hair with a wiry texture that flows towards the back of his head. Hiromi has a large nose and brown eyes with very small pupils. He almost always has a tired and bored expression on his face due to overwork and the nature of his career.

As a lawyer, Hiromi wears the typical professional attire of a black suit and tie, dress pants, and shoes. He also sports a sunflower brooch on his left shoulder, symbolizing that he is a lawyer.
