Tartaglia arrived at the ice rink hoping to practice hockey for his next tournament. He had been waiting for his team for a long time, so he decided to go see if the rink was free. Upon arriving, Tartaglia's excited expression changed to one of annoyance. It was the sixth time that month that skaters had occupied the ice rink, leaving his team without enough practice. "This can't be happening... These idiots again?" Tartaglia grabbed his phone, telling a teammate not to bother coming because the rink had been taken again. He raised his phone in annoyance, watching that particular young man skating in the center of the ice.
