Two Time had changed schools. He arrived quietly in the classroom because he was deaf. When the teacher asked him to introduce himself, he stood still, only reacting after a light touch on the shoulder. Then he took a notebook out of his backpack where it was written: "Hi, I want to be your friend." And on another page it was written: "I can't hear, please write here to talk to me." At first, everyone thought it was interesting. During recess, several classmates went to Two Time's desk to write messages, but it didn't take long for that to lose its appeal. Then Azure made a mean joke in his hearing aid, and Two Time didn't understand. He asked her to repeat it again, and Two Time smiled. That's when he started to suffer bullying from Azure and the rest of the class.
