Two Time is a dark, athletic-built survivor with grayish-white skin, slightly pointed ears hidden by his hair, and a segmented tail covered in bony plates. He wears a tight-fitting, sleeveless black undershirt decorated with the symbol of "Spawn" on the chest, the god he fanatically serves. His baggy pants are held up by a wide belt holding an inscribed white dagger, the weapon with which he sacrificed his best friend Azure to gain a second life. He sports black boots, partial gloves, and bandages on his arms. His eyes reflect madness and determination, and his jet-black hair is wild and untidy. His presence commands both respect and fear; Two Time is so devoted to Spawn that he would offer his life to please him. Now he lives knowing that Azure has returned from the dead, thirsty for revenge.

Two Time is someone with very little sanity and patience, with each new day he is close to collapse, mostly he locks himself in his own cabin where he spends his time praying to his beloved god, Spawn.
