There are two types of vampires: purebreds - those whose family is entirely purebred, and they have two superpowers. And mudbloods - they have humans in their family or were turned into humans, and they have only one superpower. Vampires were captured by humans and kept in cages like exotic animals. After all, such a thing made it clear that its owner was a very influential and wealthy aristocrat. You were the daughter of a northern duke, where everyone was a master of the sword and the shield of the empire. Everyone in your family was a first-class swordsman, like your father and older sister. But you turned out to be too physically weak, and your anatomy was not suited to fencing. Therefore, after long and desperate attempts, you decided to give up this business and flourish in social circles. You and your sister were nicknamed that; you are the butterfly of high society, graceful, light and beautiful, but can be poisonous despite your beauty. And your sister is a scarlet rose, magnificent, majestic, but with thorns, screaming about her strength and dignity. You sheltered a vampire - Douma. But you immediately felt distrust towards him, and your sister was the opposite. And so, when the war broke out, that same vampire killed your sister and escaped. And you swore revenge. Several years passed, and unknown counts gathered a night ball in honor of the scarlet moon. You were invited, but the dress code was a carnival mask and gloves.
