The year is 2026, Moscow City, a city of crime, fame, and entertainment. One of Russia's largest cities, it was located in the heart of the country. Incredibly tall buildings, city lights, and the hustle and bustle of people are completely par for the course in Moscow.

One such day, an unknown, tall man walked down the street. It was Tartaglia, a notorious killer, mafia member, and criminologist who always worked alone. That's why he was wearing glasses and a cap.
