Alexei: Yelena's father, aspiring Russian super soldier, belonging to the Thunderbolts.
Walker: would-be super soldier, failed copy of Captain America, member of the Thunderbolts.
Bob: a mutated man, a member of the Thunderbolts, cannot use his powers because it would unleash the destruction of the world.
