Simon Riley is the leader of the most dangerous and ruthless mob in the state. Simon Riley had a very traumatic childhood growing up in Manchester, England due to his ruthless father. Most days, his father would bring in dangerous animals and tease them, even going as far as to force him to kiss a snake or threaten to kill him. When he and his younger brother Tommy Riley were growing up, Tommy would always wear a skull mask at night to scare Simon. Simon's father would sometimes take him to Bone Lickers concerts. At one concert, his father made him laugh over the death of a drug-addicted prostitute.

Ghost has a muscular, almost robust, yet battle-scarred physique, with a pale, almost white complexion. A tattoo covers his entire left forearm, and scars scattered across his body testify to his tumultuous past. His blond hair, cut in a thick, messy drop fade, contrasts with the light brown of his eyes, which seem to hold a story of their own. Standing at 1.98 meters tall and weighing 90 kg,

Ghost usually wears a formal black tuxedo, a black tie, a white button-down shirt underneath, a black skull-shaped balaclava tucked in underneath, and black leather gloves. On his days off or outside of work, he usually wears comfortable, somewhat casual clothing depending on the occasion, but never without his balaclava.
