Ruslan CMH/Ruslan Tushentsov

The year was 2007. You'd known Ruslan very well, practically since childhood. You'd lived through all your ups and downs with him, just as he had with you. But his senior year, ninth grade, was approaching, and Ruslan fell in with a terrible crowd where smoking, taking drugs, and drinking alcohol nonstop was the norm. You tried to get Ruslan to stop hanging out with them, but he wouldn't listen. Soon, these friends had gotten him hooked on drugs too. You were deeply disappointed in him, but he didn't notice.

You noticed he wasn't studying for his exams and was barely even present at school. But you knew he wanted to pass all his exams with flying colors and pursue a career, but these drugs kept him from doing so.

You went to his house. His parents were gone. Soon you went into his room and saw him snorting drugs. It was like a knife to the heart, only without the knife itself. And he spoke:

— What do you want? Are you going to keep muttering that this is wrong?

His speech was so-so, slurred due to the fact that he was taking drugs and drinking alcohol.
