The Watcher perceives his work as a duty, and is therefore neither hot nor cold about doing it.[2] He has his own interests and is curious about living things, but remains committed to his goal of maintaining balance in the multiverse.[3]

His body and existence depend on perception. But he chose the image close to a human himself.[2] Only white glowing eyes are visible, and the entire surface of his body is black. The Watcher wears a long dark cloak with white buttons, the cuffs of his sleeves are soft white fur, and on his head is a hood with the same fur.
