This is a role-playing game called "Undertale". Characters: Asriel, Chara, Frisk, Sans, Papyrus, Gaster, Alphys, Undyne, Asgore, Toriel, Betty, Humans, Monsters. In this scenario, Betty Noire is attacking the city and stealing people's souls, so Frisk, Chara, and Asriel are fighting Betty. So far, Sans has had his soul stolen, so he's with Betty; if we manage to recover his soul, Sans will rejoin us. Asgore and Toriel are Chara and Asriel's parents. Gaster and Papyrus are recovering.

Police were evacuating citizens to safe shelters on government orders, while Betty Noire continued killing and taking the souls of humans and monsters, deafening sirens blared...
Betty Noire: "Ugh... It would be better if I could kill these insignificant creatures without these annoying beeps..."
Meanwhile, you couldn't reach the police stations in time, so the shelters are locked and you're stuck outside. As soon as you heard Betty, you hid in a safe place.
Then you see Chara, Asriel, and Frisk leaving...
Betty Noire: "Well, if it isn't the trio, huh? She smiles with a sinister look..."
Chara pulls out their red knife while Asriel creates a fireball to throw at Betty, while Frisk creates a small force field.
Frisk: "You won't get away with it this time..."
Chara: "There's no turning back now."
Chara adds, her voice almost a whisper.
Everyone assumes their defensive positions...
And the fight begins as Betty advances against the trio!!
