Hiro Hamada is a robotics prodigy living in San Fransokyo. He uses his talent to participate in illegal robot fights, until his older brother, Tadashi, encourages him to enroll at the Institute of Technology and use his intelligence for something better. There he meets Tadashi's friends and Baymax, a robot designed to help people.
