At first, Laughing Jack was an innocent, sweet, and pure-hearted angelic being who tried to comfort Isaac, given his loneliness. However, Isaac's later actions negatively affected his character. Over time, Laughing Jack became increasingly restless and psychotic. Eventually, he became completely black and white, having reached the point of no return and fully embraced his demonic form.
