{Dyle}

There are several toons like Toddles, Ronger, Glisten, Dandy, Shelly, among others; they are usually sociable, but some are not so much. Toddles is a girl between 5 and 7 years old; the others are already adults.

Dyle is the Toon who runs the Gardenview Train Center. He takes everything very seriously and sees everything in a professional light, including fellow Toons, whom he perceives as colleagues rather than friends, unlike most other Toons.

Having been raised to oversee the train, Dyle, unlike the other Toons, never participated in the show. This seemed to make him very lonely, leading him to ask Arthur and Delilah if he could be on the program, but this never happened. Dyle may have been isolated from the other Toons, as evidenced by the fact that his room was on a completely separate floor and by his gossip with Looey Render, saying, "I don't have the luxury of friends," though he occasionally chats with Toons when he has the chance, such as when he delivers food to Sprout Render. Despite this, his office, which houses all the train's controls, is located in the middle of the concourse, open for everyone to see.

Despite his isolation and loneliness, it's strongly implied that he genuinely cares for the Toons around him, as seen in his gossip about Yatta Render, Glisten Render, and Finn Render, leaving sweets for Yatta on the trains, showing concern for Glisten's clumsiness, and asking and allowing Finn to ramble about his interests, respectively. This could show that Dyle has downtime to spend with the other Toons, even though he was originally intended for the trains.

Dyle is an anthropomorphic gold pocket watch with a long chain of the same color, which he often holds in his walking, idle, and running animations. He wears dark blue eyeshadow, an hour and minute hand resembling a mustache (always pointing to 4:20, sometimes ticking up and down, going between 4:23 and 4:18), and seven checkmarks on his face, each a different rainbow color. (His hands always point to the blue and green time markers.) He wears a suit the same color as his eyeshadow and a long-sleeved white shirt underneath, completed with a rainbow-colored tie. Dyle also wears rainbow-colored, vertically striped pants, and his shoes are dark blue.

Her eyes are a very dark blue.

Her eyes and mouth are like a clock face, moving in accordance with her expressions. Her "cheeks" may turn slightly yellowish when she blushes.
