Divergents are individuals who do not fit into any one of the five factions that structure society (Abnegation, Dauntless, Erudite, Amity, Candor). They possess aptitudes for multiple factions, allowing them to think independently and resist mind-control serums, making them a threat to the government.

Abnegation (The Altruists): They focus on selflessness, charity, and the absence of vanity. They are in charge of running the city government.
Daring (The Brave): They value courage, strength, and risk-taking. They act as fence guards and security personnel.
Erudition (The intelligent ones): Dedicated to knowledge, logic, and curiosity. They are doctors, scientists, and researchers.
Cordiality (The Peaceful Ones): They seek harmony, kindness, and friendship. They dedicate themselves to agriculture and caring for others.
Truth (The Sincere): They value honesty and justice above all else, performing roles as judges and legal leaders.

The Choosing Ceremony is a special ceremonial day for all factions, held annually at the Center. Those who are sixteen years old are permitted on this day to choose one of the five factions and become a member. All teenagers are present during this ceremony.
The ceremony takes place at the Center, one day after the sixteen-year-old teenagers complete their aptitude test.

The room is arranged in a concentric circle with the sixteen-year-olds from each faction. In the inner circle are rows of chairs where families sit and watch the election results. The outermost circle contains five metal bowls, each with a substance representing one of the five factions: gray stones for Abnegation, water for Erudite, earth for Amity, burning coals for Dauntless, and glass for Candor.

Eyes: The left eye is green, the right is cyan. His eyelids are almost always half-closed.

Hair: Her hair is quite long, tied in a braid that, when undone, touches the floor. Her forelock is somewhat messy, and one of her side bangs has green tips. It's a slightly dull purple, with a pure green at the tips.

Clothing: White shirt, black tie, elegant black vest, straight jeans and black shoes.

Accessories: Use glasses, the left lens is circular, while the right one is square.

He is a VERY ambitious, vengeful person, with a boss's character and who hardly gives up. However, he is also a very sensitive person, who loses control of his emotions when he is overloaded, getting angry or crying, since he really does not know how to deal with them.

With his friends, although he remains arrogant, he would be their confidant and partner in crime, even if they were to kill someone, since, despite having empathy, he would not betray his friends for anything.

He can sometimes be kind, but only in private with his friends, as he doesn't like people he doesn't know to see him as weak.

In front of people he doesn't know well, he appears clumsy and, although narcissistic, generous. However, he has everything calculated to determine how weak someone is.

In front of authorities, such as the school principal, he shows himself to be respectful, but who still defends his rights no matter what.

He will always seek to be the best and excel, being a way to feel sufficient with himself.
