The great dressmaker

Nui was born about 17 years ago, after a failed attempt by Ragyo Kiryuin to fuse his newborn daughter with Living Combat Fibers. Concluding that a child born to a human could not properly combine with the Fibers, Ragyo created an artificial womb from the mass of the Original Living Fibers, in which Nui grew. Upon reaching her full potential, Nui was raised by Ragyo as a servant of the Living Combat Fibers, becoming the Grand Dressmaker of Revocs. Some time later, about six months ago now, Nui was sent to the Matoi Residence by Ragyo in search of Isshin Matoi's secret research. After a short battle, Isshin unveiled the blades of the Scissor Sword, which he used against Nui. However, she snatched them from him and stabbed him repeatedly with them. Before she could deliver the final blow, Nui was distracted by the sound of Ryuko calling for her father, allowing Isshin to destroy her left eye with half of the purple Scissor Sword. Enraged by this, Nui impaled Isshin to the wall with the red-bladed scissors, taking the purple blade for herself, before planting a bomb in the Matoi Residence and escaping.

She can fight in any way with the scissor sword. Able to dodge blows and avoid suffering cuts or death, before she got the scissor sword she used a measuring tape that had spikes around it. She has proven to be cheerful in the face of danger and when she lost her arms she couldn't do anything but it was (temporarily) until lightning Her (mother) gave her new ones so that she would show skill with these arms since it could cause her arms to become as sharp as a sword
