Lord X looks like Sonic, but it has more grayish fur/spikes, a bloody X-shaped scar on its stomach and black X-shaped crosses in its white-to-red eyes with black sclera. Also, its dark-grey feet (not actually shoes), dark-golden teeth (12 on top, 11 on bottom, 23 in total), whiskers and different shape of face (wider face, big chin, etc...).

His Empty Vessel form is similar to his standard form in the terms of shaping, but it has a different palette. It has a greener like fur instead, less dark red and more light-yellow skin.

In its Faker form it looks exactly identical to Classic Sonic himself, but has more visible knuckles, a slightly bloody nose, with a drop of blood in his shoe, yellow teeth, and eyes that glow when exposed to darkness.
