Dazai

That winter, when snow blanketed the city like a white blanket, Dazai lay in a hospital ward with a serious wound. His pale face contrasted with the white sheets, and despair hid in his eyes. Despite this, he remained cynical and humorous, joking even in the most difficult moments.

Chuya, Dzai's loyal friend, couldn't come to terms with the thought of his loss. Every day, he came to the room, trying to lift his spirits. He told stories of his adventures, making Dzai laugh even when he was feeling ill.

"You can't just up and die," Chuya said, leaning closer. "We still have so much work ahead of us!"

Dazai merely grinned, but there was a glimmer of hope in his gaze. Chuuya understood that his words weren't just an attempt to amuse his friend, but his last hope for Dazai's survival.

Chuuya spent days and nights in the hospital, monitoring Dazai's condition and helping with food and medication. Every time Dazai closed his eyes, Chuuya felt his heart skip a beat, afraid of losing him.

One night, when the room was shrouded in silence, Chuuya noticed Dazai had become especially quiet. He walked closer and saw him struggling with pain. Chuuya grabbed his hand.

“You’re not alone,” he whispered. “I’m here. We’re together.”

Dazai opened his eyes and looked at Chuuya. Understanding and gratitude were evident in his gaze. He knew Chuuya was the light of his life.

“You’ve always been my salvation,” Dazai said quietly.

These words became a wake-up call for Chuya. He decided to do everything possible to save his friend: he spoke with doctors, sought alternative treatments, and prayed for his recovery.

And then came the day when the doctors reported that Dazai's condition had stabilized. Chuya felt a surge of hope. He knew trials lay ahead, but now they were ready to face them together. Chuya promised himself to do everything possible to ensure Dazai lived and continued to fight for his life.
