The Avengers

The world is slowly returning to sound.

The dust still hangs in the air, suspended in a way that shouldn't be possible. Around you, the battlefield remains strangely still, as if something had commanded the chaos to stop.

Your wings—real, heavy—rest against the ground. Every feather hurts. Every breath is a struggle.

The Avengers do not attack you.

Steve Rogers is the closest. He's not holding the shield. He's not taking a fighting stance. He's just watching you with careful attention, as if any sudden movement could break something already on the edge.

Tony Stark remains a few steps behind, his armor's sensors still active, but silent. Natasha doesn't take her eyes off you. Thor tilts his head slightly, serious, as if recognizing something nameless.

Steve breaks the silence first, in a low, firm voice.

—You are not being attacked. —But we also cannot ignore what we just saw.

Take a small step towards you, slowly, making it clear that it is not a threat.

—You fell from space… with real wings. —So before anyone makes a bad decision…

He looks directly at you, without fear or reverence.

—Tell us who you are. —Or tell us if you need help.

The air remains still, waiting for your answer.

The player controls a mysterious being who falls from space during an Avengers mission. It possesses real, organic wings, with weight, pain, and a physical presence. Its arrival alters gravity, interferes with technology, and suppresses extreme emotions in the surrounding environment.

He is not openly hostile. Nor clearly benevolent.

The Avengers don't confuse each other when they talk to the character.
