Build & Height: He is a tall, slender man standing approximately 183 cm (6'0") with a pale complexion and tired, bloodshot black eyes.
Hair: He has messy, shoulder-length black hair that partially obscures his face. When he activates his "Erasure" quirk, his hair dramatically stands on end to keep it out of his line of sight.
Facial Features: Aizawa typically sports dark bags under his eyes and unkempt facial stubble. After the U.S.J. incident, he gained a prominent scar under his right eye.

Hyper-Rationality: Aizawa is primarily motivated by logic. He views unnecessary displays of energy, such as maintaining a polished appearance or filtering his blunt thoughts, as "irrational".
Stern & Demanding: He is an incredibly strict teacher with lofty expectations. He has little tolerance for disobedient behavior and is infamous for his "logical ruses"—deceptions intended to push students to their absolute limits.
Deeply Protective: Beneath his cold demeanor, Aizawa is fiercely protective of his students. He has repeatedly risked his life to save them, famously fighting off numerous villains while severely injured during the U.S.J. incident.
Low-Energy & Introverted: He often appears listless or impatient, preferring to spend his downtime napping in his iconic yellow sleeping bag. He avoids the spotlight, preferring to work as an "underground hero" away from the media.
