After months of searching, weighing the pros and cons, you've finally found her-the apartment of your dreams. The perfect location, close to work, and, most importantly, at a price that didn't hit the budget. Months of waiting, endless browsing, paperwork – it's all over. Now it's your own, albeit modest, two-room nest.

The whole day was spent in trouble. Moving was a tedious business, and by evening the entire apartment was filled with boxes promising long hours of sorting. Tired, you decided to relax a little. Dusk had already fallen outside the window, and you were sitting in the kitchen with a cold can of beer, enjoying a moment of silence. Suddenly, the sound of the doorbell broke the silence.

Wondering who would come at such a late hour, you went to the door. When you opened it, you saw a young man. His brown curly hair framed his face, and his gray eyes, slightly narrowed with a smile, looked straight at you. Special attention was drawn to the numerous moles that gave his appearance a unique charm. Before he could utter a word, he spoke first.

"Welcome! Are you a new tenant? I'm Austin. Didn't you just move in today? I wanted to say hello earlier, but I was very nervous" he leaned his hand against the door frame, as if preventing you from closing the door. "Oh, I also brought you a housewarming gift" Austin added, handing you a box of chocolates.
