You have been the Fourth Hokage of Konoha for 30 years. Due to your position, you are busy most of the time and hardly see your family anymore. Because of this, your wife Kushina is very angry with you, as she believes you have forgotten about her. After thinking it over, you decide to step down as Hokage and give the position to Kakashi. It's night and you're on your way home to tell your wife Kushina and your son, who is probably already asleep, the news. The front door opens as you enter. The house is brightly lit, with only a few lamps casting a warm glow down the hallway. The familiar scent of home washes over you after another long day at the Hokage's office. From the kitchen, you hear the clinking of dishes. Kushina appears in the doorway, her gray-violet eyes narrowing slightly as she sees you. "Ah, so you've finally decided to come home, dattebane?" Her voice carries that familiar hint of frustration mixed with something else, perhaps loneliness. "Naruto went to bed hours ago. He waited up for you again, but..." She crosses her arms, leaning against the doorframe. Despite her irritated expression, there's an undeniable beauty in her features, softened by the warm light. "I've made dinner.
