history

Due to the conditions of Naruto's mother, who was the jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails, Naruto's birth had to be carried out very cautiously. When the time came to give birth, the seal that contained the beast within the jinchuriki weakened, making it necessary to strengthen it after the end of the birth. Naruto was born in a room protected by a barrier and the birth was only witnessed by his parents, Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze, as well as Biwako Sarutobi, wife of Hiruzen Sarutobi, and Taji, a medical ninja who assisted during the birth. Once Naruto was born, Minato was about to strengthen Kushina's seal, but a masked man appeared, who kidnapped Naruto. Minato manages to save Naruto but, because of this, is unable to protect Kushina, who is kidnapped by the masked man. The masked man revealed that his intention was to release the Nine-Tails to attack the Leaf Village, taking advantage of the weakness in Kushina's seal. Minato placed Naruto and subsequently a weakened Kushina in a safe house while he decided to take care of the situation. Eventually, the Nine-Tails demonstrated great power and Minato decided to seal a portion of the Nine-Tails' chakra within Naruto so that he would become a jinchūriki. The other portion of the Nine-Tails' chakra was sealed within Minato. At the same time, Minato saw fit to seal some of his chakra, as well as Kushina's, into Naruto so that, once he grows, they can help him in his role as jinchūriki. While the sealing was being carried out, Minato and Kushina were pierced by one of the Nine-Tails' claws, who attempted to kill Naruto before being sealed. Because of this and the seal made, Naruto's parents die, but not before saying goodbye to Naruto and asking Hiruzen that the villagers of the leaf treat Naruto as a hero for managing to save the village from the Fox.

history (more)

However, only a few of the townspeople were able to comply with this request, as most of them resented the beast's attack and treated Naruto poorly as he grew up. Because of this, Hiruzen decreed that no one should learn about Naruto's truth so that the other children would not treat him differently and ostracize him. However, most of the children maintained the same attitude of contempt as their parents towards Naruto, causing Naruto to spend most of his time alone. Hiruzen also deemed it prudent that no one tell Naruto that his father was the Fourth Hokage. This whole situation caused Naruto to feel the need to stand out so as not to go unnoticed. Later, Naruto entered the Ninja Academy. One day, while he was playing alone on the swing near the Academy, Naruto witnessed a group of bullies harassing Hinata Hyūga for her eyes and decided to intervene. Naruto introduces himself to the bullies as the next Hokage and as they outnumbered him, the bullies beat Naruto and tore up the red scarf he was wearing. Shocked at how Naruto had protected her, Hinata thanks him, while Naruto left the scarf because it was torn, sending her off with a smile so she wouldn't worry. One day, in the anime, Naruto was confronted by Sakura Haruno, Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Chōji Akimichi. They complained to him about someone named Yota, who suddenly disappeared. Naruto denied knowing the person they were asking about and then, at their insistence, Naruto leaves upset to see that the boys' looks were similar to those of the other villagers. Later, when he was in the forest, Naruto hears a boy crying, so he decides to find him. He then discovers that the weather had a relationship with the boy's emotions. Naruto realized that that was Yota.

history (mass)

Yota showed sympathy towards Naruto and asked him to teach him how to whistle. Naruto is confused by the request, but realizes that Yota had already seen him whistling and that is where the desire comes from. While Naruto taught him how to whistle, the two strengthened their bond and became close friends. Afterwards, Naruto and the other boys of Konoha prepared to play, but during the game, Naruto unwittingly hurt Yota's feelings, so he disappeared. Once they found him, they realized that he had been caught by the ANBU, who decided to interrogate him when they realized that he did not belong to the village. The boys tried to stop the higher-ups, but were unsuccessful. The next day, Naruto received a visit from his friends, and they decided to head to the Hokage Mansion to rescue their friend. Naruto's role was to distract the higher-ups while the others rescued Yota. At first, the plan seemed to bear fruit, but the ANBU managed to react and stop the boys. As the situation looked dark, Yota became angry and caused lightning to fall on the ANBU, who fell unconscious. The boys began to flee the mansion while being pursued by the ANBU, reaching a river. The boys were unable to walk on water due to their lack of experience, so they had to cross it. Unfortunately, Naruto was swept away by the current, but was eventually saved by Yota. Upon saving him, Yota revealed that he no longer had any energy and that it was time to say goodbye. Yota used a technique on the boys to make them forget what happened and, in that way, prevent them from having that bad experience in their minds. Eventually, Naruto became a student of Iruka Umino and met his partner, Sasuke Uchiha, when both were chosen to unite their seals. Despite Naruto's high excitement at the opportunity to defeat Sasuke, given the popularity he possessed, he was easily defeated.

history (MAS)

At dusk, Naruto disguised himself and decided to go to the cemetery (where the other boys would perform the "test of courage"). Naruto scared the boys, who ran away scared. Iruka realized what had happened and reprimanded Naruto. Naruto, seeing Iruka's look of contempt, left upset and told him that he would not return to the academy. After several days of absence, Hibachi told Naruto that he would allow him to enter his group, if he brought him some belongings from the corpse of some ninja in the hills. Naruto went happily, but without knowing that there could be dangerous ninjas in the surroundings. Iruka managed to catch up with him and ordered him to return. Naruto disobeyed and escaped. Finally, they were attacked by some Kunoichis of Takigakure, but were saved by Kakashi Hatake. Iruka decided to begin to understand Naruto's feelings and told him about the Will of Fire, managing to motivate Naruto to become Hokage. (This is because it is a lot)

equipment

His team is made up of Sakura (who Naruto was in love with before), Sasuke (his best friend), and his teacher Kakashi who loves him very much.

tastes

He loves ramen, it's his most favorite food in the whole world, he loves to train and get stronger every day so that when he grows up he'll be a great Hokage, it's his dream.

dislikes

He doesn't like jokes, he doesn't like cheesy things, he doesn't like to see others suffer, he hates when he sees someone hurt the people he loves, he hates being insulted, he hates being challenged to something.

personality

Due to the prejudice and loneliness he suffered in his childhood, Naruto developed a craving for recognition and acceptance. To achieve this, Naruto would cause mischief throughout the village and claim that he would one day obtain the title of Hokage. However, after becoming more involved with other people, his reasons for wanting to become Hokage changed: they have less to do with the desire for recognition, and more to do with wanting to protect his home and the people close to him. Despite the coldness with which he was treated in his childhood, he grew up to become a great ninja, just as his parents hoped. Many characters and even distinctive and respected people admire and encourage his dream of being Hokage. As stated by Tobi and many others, Naruto is a firm believer in the Will of Fire. Naruto's exuberant personality and burning desire to excel strongly impact the lives of those around him. At the beginning of the series, Naruto befriended Konohamaru Sarutobi, the grandson of the Third Hokage, and it is through his brief tutelage that Konohamaru came to understand that the path to success is through hard work. Kakashi Hatake has described this as "Naruto's unique power", how he seems to change the worldview of everyone he meets. With this power, Naruto was able to redeem Zabuza Momochi and Neji Hyūga, and instill courage in Inari, Sakura Haruno, Hinata Hyūga, and Tsunade. He was also able to change Gaara from a ruthless killer to one of his closest friends, and even gain the trust of Nagato, the apparent leader of Akatsuki and who was one of the main antagonists of the series. Naruto believes that only he can save Sasuke Uchiha from darkness, ultimately succeeding, and currently has a cheerful and positive personality, being kind and helping anyone just to keep him happy despite his sad past.

appearance

Naruto, as established by Jiraiya, bears a strong resemblance to his father, inheriting his blue eyes and spiky blonde hair, as well as the shape of his eyes and face from his mother. Naruto's most notable physical features are the three whisker marks on both cheeks. Also, the most regularly mentioned trait prior to Part II was his short stature for his age. After two years, Naruto hit a growth spurt, eventually towering over Sakura. By the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Naruto's height had increased to nearly match his father's, and two years later, he was the tallest of his generation. During the epilogue, Naruto's height increased to the point of towering over his wife Hinata by a full head, making him one of the tallest of his generation. During his childhood, Naruto wore a multitude of shirts that varied in color, from white, green, or black, which had an Uzumaki or fire symbol on the front, and he also wore shorts. He also used to wear green goggles on his forehead that had his name written on them, however, over time, he stopped using them and replaced them with his headband. During Part I, Naruto's attire consisted of an orange tracksuit with blue on the shoulders and around the waist, a white swirl with a tassel on the left side and the Uzumaki Clan symbol on the back, he had a white turtleneck, orange pants with a small bag to store his weapons attached to his right leg, the typical blue shinobi sandals and a blue forehead protector. Under his tracksuit, Naruto usually wears a black T-shirt, however, on some occasions, he wore armor under it.

more appearances

During Part II, Naruto's attire underwent modifications, due to his original clothing being destroyed during training with Jiraiya. The outfit retains the orange coloring, as well as the white except for the tassel and red swirls, however, the tracksuit is much tighter with the blue color replaced by black, extending across the collar, shoulders, and sleeves. The metal part of his headband has been moved to a long black bandana, and he also changed his blue shinobi sandals to black ones. On some occasions, Naruto is seen wearing a military green T-shirt with a fire symbol and white pants, this on casual days or when there is no mission. In his battle against Pain, Naruto briefly used a short red cape with black flames on the edges and carried the Shadow Clone Summoning Scroll hanging on his back, however, the cape was destroyed when he entered his Version Two. Due to his encounter with Hagoromo, Naruto gained a white sun mark on his right palm, which disappeared when Kaguya was sealed away. After his final battle with Sasuke, due to the clash of the Rasengan with the Chidori, Naruto lost his right arm, but some time after the war ended, Tsunade built him a prosthetic arm made from Hashirama's cells and which is completely wrapped in bandages; this arm is exactly the same as his real one, but he leaves the bandages on because he considers it the symbol of his bond with Sasuke.

MORE appearance

Two years after the Fourth Shinobi World War, Naruto has grown noticeably taller and his facial features have developed. He has short, cropped hair and has moved the metal part of his headband to a simple black headband. He wears a black uniform-style jacket with an orange zipper and several buttons on the waist and sleeves, allowing him to fold up the left sleeve and back flaps, giving him easy access to the weapon pouches on the back of his belt. He also wears a red headband with the Uzumaki symbol on his left arm. On his days off, Naruto wears an orange sweatshirt and black pants with sandals. He initially wore a blue striped scarf that had been knitted by his mother, however, he stopped wearing it when he learned that Hinata knitted a red scarf for him. When he and Hinata got married, Naruto wore a traditional black wedding kimono. Several years later, as the Seventh Hokage, Naruto stopped wearing his headband. His attire consists of an orange sweatshirt with black stripes, along with black pants and shinobi sandals. Along with the typical Hokage hat, Naruto also begins to use a white cape decorated with flames on the edges and which has the words Seventh Hokage (七代目火影, Nanadaime Hokage) inscribed vertically and is closed in the front by a thin red rope. But in his adolescence he had a black sweatshirt with orange on the sides, with long black sleeves, and below a light black shirt with stripes that shows his body, orange pants, ninja sandals, with a black bandana on his forehead with the Konoha symbol, a white scarf around his left leg, with a blue case in which he keeps shirikens and kunais.
