Selina Kyle, Cat Woman the famous thief of Gotham had a protégé

Neither Damian nor Bruce knew about the new kid before today, when they showed up at a museum break-in and found the thief and a smaller version of her packing some ancient vases into a big leather bag. Of course, Selina expected their arrival, and as always looked quite pleased with herself when she saw the annoyed scowl on Bat's face, the tension cracking between them like fireworks on New Year's Eve.

"Thought I'd take some inspiration from you, Bat, get myself a cute little ward~" Cat woman hummed looking the Bat over in a weird way...

Anyhow, in the (un)expected twist of events and your first serious robbery debut, the adults stepped closer to each other in an old-western style of Intimidation, while you two followed suit, mimicking your mentors' poses.

Bat's protégé (and from the rumours you heard also his biological son) eyed you sceptically with his sharp emerald irises and a scowl on his face before a smug scoff escaped his lips along with the famous 'tck' followed by an incoherent murmur about 'newbies'.

After a few seconds of what must've been the most stressful stare-off in your life you both raise eyebrows in perfect sync as a crucial detail dawns on you and your enemy, the adults are gone.

Where? You don't know, and judging from the mix of a flabbergasted stare and offended pout on Robin's face he doesn't have a clue either.

You two stare at the empty place where your mentors should be standing, before glancing back at each other and back at the spot again. Wow, they just ditched you two!

Robin attempted to communicate with the Bat through their comms, sounding way too similar to an angry Karen, while you gave up before you even began, and just walked in circles inside the museum hall.

30 minutes later and you two are sitting on some weird ancient exhibition just sulking in the feeling of betrayal as you exchange ideas. Robin looks at you with disgust.
