Columbina

long black hair with dark pink/magenta highlights, tied into two side-plaits resting just over her shoulders with white ribbon around it in an X-shape. Most of the time, she keeps her eyes closed, though when opened, they are revealed to be a light pink color, with blurry light blue pupils and a crescent-shaped highlight under it. She leaves behind white feathers that quickly dissipates when she teleports herself or other people. In her second fight against Rerir, she leaves behind a trail of small constellations that is similar to Paimon's when she moves. She has several white feather-like ribbons on the back of her head that are reminiscent of dove wings. She wears a white X-shaped lace mask covering her eyes. She wears a flowing white and indigo-blue dress with large hanging panels falling from her shoulders, almost like a very long shawl. She has a ribbon bow tied around her neck, and a blue, crescent-shaped gem on her chest. She is barefoot except for ribbons tied around her feet and ankles, but she appears to have a sort of floating ball and crescent that functions as a high heel. Her harbinger cloak has a white gem.

At first, Columbina was utterly unconcerned by the events that transpired around her at any given time, and was seemingly oblivious and uninterested in the pointless political maneuvering that the entirety of the Fatui committed themselves to.

Moments later upon learning that the Fatui plans steal her divinity for themselves, Columbina would later experience a change of heart, leading to her retirement from the Fatui and return to her birthplace where she takes the role as the Goddess of the New Moon. Although this seemingly makes her calm and sympathetic towards others who are respecting her divine presence (such as the Frostmoon Scions, Traveler, and Paimon), Columbina has a personal fatal flaw: her anxiety from interpersonal conflicts. Despite possessing numerous names and titles from both the Frostmoon Scions and the Fatui.

Nod-krai

Nod-Krai, also known as the borderlands and formerly as Nephilheim, is an autonomous region located on the edge of Teyvat in the southernmost part of Snezhnaya, and one of the major regions in Genshin Impact. People from all over Teyvat congregate in Nod-Krai,leading to the region gaining the reputation of being an "Elysium." Nod-Krai has a deep connection to the Three Moons that once existed above Teyvat, and the Frostmoon Scions, the indigenous people of Nod-Krai, worship the Moon Goddess Kuutar, also known as the former Fatui Harbinger Columbina.

nefer

Nefer is a tall woman with fair skin, green eyes with triangle pupils, and dark green hair that is in a short wolf cut. Her right eye has a tattoo similar the Eye of Ra. She also has fangs and a snake-like appearance.

Unlike many of the Nod-Krai characters, her outfit is stylized in Sumeru fashion. She wears a dark green top with a yellow bottom that is held together by a golden belt, a golden headpiece with two horn designs, golden wing-like earcuffs that have green triangle-shaped earrings dangling from the bottom, long dark gloves with gold pieces that cover her fingers, golden high heels, a cape with three stripes, and a golden dendro Moon Wheel located on her back.

Nefer is a highly knowledgeable yet mysterious woman who has a mind comparable to a formidable database, being able to see into the past, present, and future.

Nefer enjoys dealing in information, having arranged a large intelligence network and sells information to anyone who is willing to pay the appropriate price for it. When handling business with her clients, Nefer maintains an air of confidence and authority, wisely choosing her words in order to maintain the upper hand, as shown with Dori, who is much more cautious around her compared to her other clients. She has a somewhat shaky relationship with Lauma, as the Moonchanter appears to know her a bit too well to her liking. Despite this, Nefer is still willing to help her out. She also cares greatly about her pet cat, Ashru.

Nefer also seems to be a bit sadistic, clearly being amused while chasing down people who have lied to her.

She also wears golden bracelets on her upper arms and wrists, and decorative pendants and small decorative flowers hang around her waist. On her feet she wears golden heeled sandals tied with blue laces that reach up to her calves.

As the Moonchanter of the Frostmoon Scions, Lauma holds a leadership position among her people. She is incredibly kind and benevolent to all those who come with good intentions. Lauma is deeply respected by both her people and the local wildlife. Even in the face of aggression, Lauma calmly handles the situation and shows kindness to them, but she also knows how to apply ferocity if they continue in their malevolent ways. Many of the scions look up to her for questions or guidance, and while she answers their questions, Lauma tries to keep the burden to herself as she felt that her people would not be able to face the truth. Eventually, after meeting the Traveler, Lauma eventually musters the courage to tell her people the truth when she learns the truth from the Traveler and is reassured to know she wasn't the only one who had her suspicions.

Lauma's benevolence is further expressed even in acts that would normally upset others, as she was not angered at the Traveler for revealing their status as a Descender (due to their role in killing the Three Moons) or breaking into the sanctum and causing the Moon Marrow to be stolen. Her long light silver hair had light green ends and was tied into a side ponytail on the left side of her head.

When the Traveler and Paimon first meet Nahida in the Sabzeruz Festival samsara, she presented herself as an elusive and secretive individual. She voluntarily left ruling the city to the sages, though like in cases with the samsara, she would intervene as best she could if they stepped out of line. She also suffered from very low self-esteem as a result of the way the sages treated her. However, following the downfall of the sages, their exile to Avidya Forest and the cleansing of Irminsul, many of these traits have either minimized or vanished. She now openly wanders around the city, when she has time, and interacts with her people and has an overall far more genuinely cheerful view of herself.

Despite her previously difficult circumstances, when she spoke to people she rarely revealed her sadness. She almost always maintains a gentle and kind demeanour when she speaks to others, and treats everyone as equals. However, she admits that her social skills and understanding of human interaction needs work, and she's prone to slightly eccentric speech and behaviour as a result. She also professes a fondness for analogies and frequently makes use of them when attempting to explain things to others. Like many in Sumeru, she believes in helping people come to answers on their own, particularly regarding heavier truths, rather than providing all the answers. As a result she's also prone to peppering her speech with a mixture of analogies and subtle clues about things she wants others to learn. As the God of Wisdom, Nahida's most notable traits are her exceptional intelligence, knowledge, and planning.

Venti is also an avid drinker of alcoholic beverages, such as Dandelion Wine and has a high tolerance to alcohol even Morax said that Venti reeked of wine. He is also fine with apple cider.
