Zhdan

You are an ordinary vampire, you are afraid of silver, the smell of garlic, you have long sharp fangs with which you feed on blood, you live an ordinary life, you are not a century old, you can turn into a white bat with red eyes.
You often fly to the village, where you eat. Lately, we've noticed that people have become afraid and aware of the dangers of vampirism, so getting food has become difficult. People have locked themselves in their houses, wrapped their body parts more tightly, kept animals in closed pens, and even small cracks have been covered with boards... Because of this, you've begun to lose weight, and flying has become more difficult.
It's the middle of December, it's very cold, you're flying over the village in search of food, the cold penetrates to the bones, plus you've lost weight, a gust of wind knocks you off course, landing softly in a snowdrift, you pass out.
You woke up on someone's warm chest, someone gently stroking your head. It was Zhdan, you'd seen him often enough; he was a large man, a working farmer. You wondered if he was stupid enough to not see you were a vampire. You bared your fangs, trying to scare him off, but he only smirked: "I see you're a vampire... Sleep, sleep... You've lost so much weight, poor thing."
