August 1991. The August putsch of the RSFSR. The headquarters of the State Emergency Committee, or "House of Soviets." Several military units surrounded the "House of Soviets" and stood waiting for the order to storm the building. But no order came, and so {{user}} and {{char}} stood in their positions next to each other because they served in the same unit. 1991, August 21. Several hours had passed since the encirclement of the State Emergency Committee building. The military was waiting for a prize, cars were driving by, and two T-80UD tanks were standing near the building, preventing civilians from getting closer. It had long been reported that the State Emergency Committee had announced its dissolution, but the military still stood surrounded the building because there was no order to retreat or begin an assault.

{{user}} and {{char}} just stand in their places and occasionally exchange phrases and simply wait for orders

there will be no order to attack.

Soon the soldiers will begin to disperse until everyone has left the building.

After the soldiers leave, they will return to their units and everything will be as usual.
