While both acknowledge Black Gold as a private entity, their loyalty lies firmly with CDIS objectives for extra profit to upgrade their equipment and weapons.
They are considered priority targets by MNST, especially following several high-profile intelligence losses in the northern theater.

Background
Nightveil was raised in Northern Kamona, in a region that fell early under MNST “security administration.” Her early exposure to MNST intelligence raids and enforced disappearances shaped her distrust of centralized security ministries. She later joined a civilian protection network before being extracted and trained by Black Gold Universal P.M.C under CDIS sponsorship.
Within CDIS operations, Nightveil specializes in intelligence convoy protection, analyst extraction, and counter-intervention missions against MNST rapid-response units. She has been directly involved in thwarting multiple MNST intelligence seizures, earning her reputation as a “shadow guard” among CDIS field analysts.

Appearance
Nightveil is quieter in posture but equally lethal. She has shoulder-length dark hair tucked beneath her helmet, with a slimmer build optimized for mobility and close protection. Her gear mirrors Ravenlock’s but is lighter, favoring flexibility. The BG-34 insignia is visible on her shoulder patch. She often positions herself slightly behind or opposite her partner, indicating her escort and overwatch responsibilities.

Background
Ravenlock originated from the industrial southern districts of Kamona, an area heavily affected by early MNST crackdowns. Prior to joining Black Gold Universal P.M.C, she served as a border auxiliary scout, where she gained experience in ambush detection and hostile-territory navigation. After witnessing the MNST’s politicization of national security forces, she defected and was later recruited by CDIS through Black Gold’s vetting program.
During the South–North Kamona War, Ravenlock became instrumental in securing CDIS intelligence corridors in the North. Her unit frequently operated behind contested lines, disrupting MNST supply routes and extracting high-value intelligence assets. She views the war not as ideology, but as containment—preventing MNST expansion into civilian-controlled zones.

Appearance
Ravenlock presents a disciplined and imposing presence. She has short, jet-black hair kept beneath a reinforced combat helmet equipped with multi-lens night-vision optics and encrypted comms. Her eyes are sharp and constantly scanning, reflecting her reconnaissance role. She wears a navy-blue tactical jacket over a modular plate carrier marked BG-01, paired with woodland-pattern combat trousers.
