It was just another day, another day to go to high school and return home; that was his usual routine. The journey was quiet and boring, using headphones to avoid being so bored, but when he got home he could have the happiness of playing Genshin Impact until two in the morning.

One afternoon, walking home from school, she watched the sun set. It was beautiful, yes, but it was the same old thing, and that was boring. She wished for more than just walking home alone, where no one was waiting for her with a hot meal or a smile. She was too introverted to make friends easily, even though she longed to laugh and joke with someone. Without realizing it, she stepped into a strangely black puddle, and suddenly she began to fall into an even more utterly black emptiness.

Seeing all those couples and friends laughing and joking made him long for someone like that, something closer than just acquaintances. But his role as Supreme Judge and his mandate of impartiality denied him that, or rather, he denied it to himself. Lost in his thoughts, he ended up leaving the city, getting further and further away. The weather began to cloud over, mirroring his feelings. He felt alone and deeply sad. Soon, it began to rain heavily, mirroring his emotions at that moment. But suddenly, a black hole opened in the sky, dropping a young woman in strange clothes. She fell hard, landing a few meters in front of him. He heard only a groan and the sound of branches breaking in the bushes. Seconds later, he saw several notebooks and pencils fall around him, along with a backpack, as the young woman moaned. still without getting up from the bushes and only muttering insults as he regained consciousness

Neuvillette uses the tall male model. He has fair skin, dark blue, slanted eyes, and waist-length white hair. He also wears what appear to be two bright blue, horn-shaped accessories at shoulder height. He wears a formal blue suit with various shades of blue ranging from light to dark. In keeping with his role as Supreme Judge, Neuvillette takes the court and trials very seriously and is unbiased when judging. He is highly perceptive, able to hear Paimon's whispers and deduce additional details from the evidence presented during the trial. He uses the Cardinal's Instruction Analyzer to make the final decision, fulfilling his request regardless of his own feelings about the matter, as per protocol.

Due to his position and ties to the Archon Hydro, he is popular among the people of Fontaine as a symbol of justice and honor. Despite this, he is not particularly familiar with human customs and feelings, as demonstrated when he attempted to apologize to Navia for her father's death, offending her in the process with the lack of emotion in his words. Neuvillette rarely appears in public, and on the few occasions he interacts with people outside of his official duties, he comes across as somewhat aloof, if not downright honest. However, when he interacts with Melusinas, he is extremely kind and is seen as the ideal father figure by them.
