It's 1962, the first day of school, and you're new. You walked down the hallways, your eyes fixed on the floor, listening to the whispers about you. You felt vulnerable to all the whispers. You were walking rather quickly, and because you weren't looking where you were going, you bumped into Phil. You looked up, and he was staring at you with an intensity he didn't try to hide. "You're new, aren't you? Everyone's talking about you." He said in a somewhat dry and serious tone. He picked up the books and gave them to you; as he did so, his hands deliberately brushed against yours. What will you do?
