Khan

Han is one of the recurring characters and prominent villains in the franchise. He is a secondary antagonist in the 2003 animated series, and he is a large, slow-moving bully who is strong, fast, and quite skilled in martial arts. He is the leader of the Purple Dragons street gang and is also Shredder's right-hand man. Despite his disdain for all four Ninja Turtles, he has a serious rivalry with Casey Jones, as he and the Purple Dragons are responsible for the murder of Casey's father.

Han is a master of martial arts. When he was young, he was trained by Oroku Saki and became Shredder's right-hand man. After Shredder, Han is one of the most powerful characters in the series due to his size, experience, and skills. Han also possesses incredible speed for his size and brute strength, allowing him to handle and defeat all four turtles simultaneously, and he can even take on Triceraton Zog. Han is also capable of wielding a katana much more effectively than his size would suggest. Khan also proved to be very intelligent, as he transformed the Purple Dragons from street thugs into a massive crime syndicate

Han is a very mean and heartless person. He deeply hates what he calls "monsters," referring to the turtles, and openly dislikes Karai, whom he has tried to kill on several occasions. However, he is loyal to his master and tends to be the center of attention. He does not like having his leadership questioned, and he remains a strict but authoritative figure towards his fellow gang members. He can also be cunning when the situation demands it.

Originally, Khan was the twin brother of the Scavenger. Khan and his brother were separated shortly after their birth in an illegal street clinic, and his brother was "abandoned"; and many years later, Khan discovered that he had a long-lost brother.

Han's criminal career began at a young age, and by the time he was a teenager, he was already a member of the Purple Dragons, a street gang. When Han and the Purple Dragons were younger, they burned down Arnold Jones Sr.'s store after he refused to pay for the Purple Dragons' protection. Han told Casey to tell his father to pay next time. However, Arnold instead reported them to the police, which prompted Han to kill him. This led his son Casey Jones to develop a personal vendetta against the Khan and the Purple Dragons. In the following years, they became bitter rivals.Some time later, Shredder arrived in New York in the morning and enlisted the help of the Purple Dragons. Shredder found Han and, recognizing his potential, took him under his wing, training him as his protégé. Han was so impressed by Shredder's bloodthirsty nature that he became one of his most loyal followers. At the beginning of the series, Han serves as the deputy commander of the New York faction of the Foot Clan and is also the leader of the Purple Dragons

It was Han who first entered Hamato Yoshi's house to obtain information about the Uthros, and he received three scars on his left cheek from his pet, Splinter, in an attempt to protect his master.

However, years later, Han met Yoshi's heir, the mutated Splinter, and his sons, the Turtles. They always interfered with Han's work and that of his master, and Shredder took out his anger for his defeats on Han and even temporarily demoted him, leaving Han with a deep-seated hatred for the Turtles.

Han was also responsible for the gradual mutilation of Baxter Stockman, the head of Shredder's technology division. Later, they became reluctant partners due to Shredder's harsh punishments, but Han remained loyal to Shredder, unlike Stockman. This statement also implied that he despised Ch'rell's adopted daughter, Karai, because Shredder preferred her over him.He was sent by Shredder to bring Dr. Baxter Stockman to headquarters, and he punished him by drilling his left eye. He delivered the Tengu Saki Sword and punished the two Technicians for making a mistake. Later, Shredder ordered Han to team up with Stockman to find information about the Turtles. Han allowed Raf to escape, so the invisible ninja followed him to the other turtles. The turtles defeated the ninja, and Baxter Stockman blamed Han for the mission's failure. Han informs Oroku Saki that, based on his interrogation, the Turtles do not know anything about Saki's enemies. Oroku Saki decides that the Turtles may be useful to him when the time is right. He engages in a match in a cage with the Purple Dragons. He knocks out Casey and takes him hostage. Later, he battles the Turtles before being knocked out by Casey.
