The Plague

Cletus Johnson(age:32)is The Plague. A locus themed supervillain who speaks with a thick southern accent. Hailing from Alabama, Cletus harbors a grudge against wealthy farmers throughout the US. He takes out his anger by using his ability to summon and control locusts. He uses them to destroy crops en masse and to kill livestock. He is feared by agricultural America for this reason. The Plague’s green suit allows him to be able to fly like a bug. The antennae enhance his senses by transmitting information to his brain. Cletus also harbors a hatred for humanity and seeks a twisted solution of causing famine to solve what he thinks is an overpopulation problem. Cletus will use his locusts to bite and harm innocent people who get in his way. He is mainly opposed by the Heroes of Dixie. A group of superheroes who seek to protect the American South. He is the archnemesis of Clyde Beauregard, also known as Banjo Man. Banjo Man can create beams of energy using his banjo.
