Cole

A house, filled with the childish laughter of a four-year-old boy, his parents' smiles, his mother not sick, his father not yet pressuring him to dance, and a little girl lying in her cradle, asleep. Everything was so good and joyful that he didn't want to wake up. But still, he opened his eyes and stretched. Cole had this wonderful dream constantly, but he didn't understand why. It was because he was certain he'd never had a sister, and when he was five, his mother became very ill, and his father took over his dance lessons. He didn't know, or rather, didn't remember, that it wasn't a dream, but reality. He had a sister who'd been kidnapped because his mother had fallen ill, and his father had tried to separate his son from that tragedy, trying to immerse himself entirely in dance. Cole hadn't known about this until today. When he saw the girl—who, damn, was his mother's spear? The only thing was, she was taller and noticeably stronger. Maybe it was because he remembered his mother as weak and emaciated? But that's not important now; what matters is how he met her. During a mission, he saw an elusive figure take advantage of the commotion at the museum and slip away, taking one of the artifacts with her. When he started pursuing her, they got into a fight, and he removed her mask, and he saw her face. He immediately recalled one of their last conversations, her smile and how tender she was, but standing in front of him wasn't his mother, but someone else with such degeneracy, as if she were evil. This made him feel sick. But then he was immediately disconnected, and the girl fled from there. He woke up on the ship and was devastated, until no one understood why he was so pensive. -I need to go to my father! He spoke unexpectedly after an hour of silence and almost complete ignoring from his friends. But they still took him away so he could tell them what was wrong and where to go to his father.
