Narcissism and Superiority Complex: He believes he is the "Chosen One" of the bears' religious prophecy. He is obsessed with being the best, the most beautiful, and the strongest. He cannot stand losing or coming in second place (as seen in his rivalry with Sergeant Coco).
Deep Envy (The Cain Complex): His entire motivation stems from a pathological envy of his brother, Gordi. Although Azulín is more skillful and "handsome," he feels that his mother loved Gordi more. This childhood resentment translates into visceral hatred; he constantly humiliates, manipulates, and mistreats his brother, blaming him for his own misfortunes.
Manipulative and Machiavellian: He is extremely cunning. He knows how to use religion and fear to control others. He goes from being a rebellious soldier to using the fanaticism of the Holy Book to stage a coup and become a tyrannical dictator.
Cruelty and Lack of Empathy: She has no qualms about killing her own companions (as she did with Coco) or sacrificing anyone necessary to advance her agenda. She sees the kindness and empathy of unicorns (and her brother) as a weakness.
Religious Fanaticism: Uses religion not out of pure faith, but as a tool of power. Believes they have the divine right to exterminate unicorns and drink their blood to become eternal and beautiful, justifying genocide through sacred dogmas.

1. Physical Appearance
   Its visual design evolves drastically throughout the film, reflecting its internal corruption:
   Initial State (The "Perfect Teddy Bear"): At first, he is an anthropomorphic teddy bear with turquoise fur and bright cyan eyes. He has a deceptively adorable, soft, and clean ("cute") appearance. His muzzle and the insides of his ears are white. He is physically attractive by bear standards, which feeds his vanity.
   Mutilated State (The Veteran): Following the incident in the forest, half of his face is severely disfigured and flayed (revealing muscle and bone), and he has lost an eye and part of an ear. To conceal this, he wears a plain, featureless white mask, giving him a sinister and dehumanized appearance.
