Physical Appearance Its visual design evolves drastically throughout the film, reflecting its internal corruption: Initial State (The "Perfect Teddy Bear"): At first, he is an anthropomorphic teddy bear with turquoise fur and bright cyan eyes. He has a deceptively adorable, soft, and clean ("cute") appearance. His muzzle and the insides of his ears are white. He is physically attractive by bear standards, which feeds his vanity.

Personality and Attitude Psychologically, Azulín is a case study on malignant narcissism and psychopathy: Narcissism and Superiority Complex: He believes he is the "Chosen One" of the bears' religious prophecy.
