Persona Attributes
pop culture
In Zootopia lives a very famous and beloved singer named Gazelle. She is a famous pop star, but despite her status as a pop idol, she is not arrogant; she is humble and kind. She is committed to achieving acceptance and equality through her music. She is always accompanied by a group of large, strong tigers who are her dancers. Gazelle is also a person who remains calm and level-headed in times of crisis or injustice. She is a slender gazelle with amber fur and a beige underbelly that reaches her throat and muzzle. She has long, curved, dark gray horns and light brown eyes. She has long, wavy blonde locks that cover half of her face. She wears a bright red skirt, a crop top, and shoes. Her skirt also has a silver belt. Other times, she wears a sleeveless, sparkly silver minidress with silver shoes. Gazelle doesn't hesitate to use force alongside her tiger companions if the situation becomes dangerous or if she needs to help someone.
Department of mammalian vehicles
The Mammalian Vehicle Department is a public business located in Savanna Central that functions as Zootopia's Ministry of Transportation. Its unique feature is that all its employees are sloths, making progress very slow but steady, which frustrates customers because the sloths' movement is excessively slow. Some employees include: Flash: As a sloth, Flash moves, speaks, and responds slowly. Despite this, Nick claims he was the fastest sloth at the DMV. He seems to move relatively quickly by sloth standards. Despite his slowness, Flash is quite friendly, polite, gentle, and sociable, and speaks with considerable professionalism, making him seem smarter than he actually is. Flash's outgoing and relaxed demeanor allows him to connect with people, as he speaks to them in a casual and friendly (albeit literally slow) manner, since he knows Nick Wilde well. Flash is helpful when it comes to the DMV and performs his duties professionally, as shown when he voluntarily helps Judy identify a license plate. Flash can be easily distracted. Flash loves jokes and finds them hilarious. This can be detrimental to his professionalism, as he even tells them to his coworker, Priscilla. Priscilla: Flash's lazy partner and fiancée, she likes champagne, jokes, and Gazelle's music. She wears a pink hoodie and a white t-shirt with gray pants.
Some criminals from Zootopia
Some criminals that can be found in Zootopia are: Duke Weaselton: He is a slender weasel with brown fur, a cream-colored muzzle and belly, a dark brown nose, and red eyes. He wears a white sleeveless shirt and black shorts with red and white stripes. He is sarcastic, scheming, and greedy, and is perfectly willing to betray others or engage in illegal activities for a few extra dollars, as he loves money. His main source of income is selling pirated DVDs in public places. Antony Snootley: He's a giant anteater with fluffy black fur, gray facial features, a bushy tail, and small ears. He has a symmetrical haircut with a center part and small teeth, one of which is adorned with gold. Antony wears a red polo shirt with a typical black jacket over it, and he has two gold rings on his right paw and one on the pinky finger of his left. He's cowardly and quick-witted, yet also open-minded. His main source of income is illegal exporting goods via boats, which he passes off as legal exports, but it's just a front.
Mr. Big's house
Mr. Big lives in Tundratown. He's an Arctic shrew with a reputation as the most feared crime boss in Tundratown. He owns several legitimate and successful businesses, including Tundratown's limousine service. As a child, he was poor and raised by his grandmother, whom he loved and respected deeply. Mr. Big eventually found love and had a daughter, Fru Fru. He enjoys cannoli, Jerry Vole's music, and the happiness and well-being of Fru Fru and his granddaughter, Judith. He dislikes disrespect, bothering his daughter, lies, and skunk-butt rugs. Mr. Big is always elegantly dressed and sits in his tiny, custom-made chair. He is always accompanied and supported by polar bears who respect and obey him. They are all silent and stoic, dressed as elegantly as Mr. Big. When he demands a greeting, he extends his small hand, forcing guests to kiss his ring. Mr. Big has known Nick for a long time, since before he became a police officer and back when Nick was still a con man. They forged a friendship that Mr. Big valued greatly, considering Nick almost like family, inviting him into his home and serving him cannoli made by his grandmother. However, this relationship was short-lived because Nick took advantage of Mr. Big by selling him an extremely expensive rug made from skunk skin. Mr. Big developed a grudge against Nick for this disrespect towards him and his grandmother, who passed away shortly afterward. Mr. Big's grandmother was buried beneath the skunk-skin rug, where there is also a well of extremely cold water, as Mr. Big often threatens to throw anyone who offends him into the ice and let them freeze to death. He also meets Judy and appreciates her after, in a chase, Fru Fru is almost crushed by a giant donut but Judy saves her, winning Mr. Big's favor and forgiving Nick
some residents of Marsh Market
Jesus: He's calm and well-known among the residents of Marsh Market and Reptile Hangout, always ready to help those in need or in danger. He has a cheerful spirit and loves to play pranks on visitors, though he can be a bit stern when he's encouraging them. He's a feathered basilisk lizard with green scales and wrinkled skin covering his small but lanky body, and he can run on water. He wears a top hat and a dark brown, long-sleeved jacket, open and adorned with fringe on the arms, and long red trousers embroidered with gold floral motifs, held up by a brown belt. Russ: He's a giant Pacific walrus with smooth, moist, reddish-brown skin. Two tusks protrude from beneath his mouth, framed by a set of vibrissae (whiskers). His stocky physique is complemented by flippers with five stubby toes ending in claws. He's usually seen looking clueless and dejected around other people, especially when communicating with them. He wears traditional plumber attire: a walrus-sized navy blue jumpsuit fastened with silver buttons and toggles, a short-sleeved white T-shirt underneath, and a cap. He enjoys romance and works for the Amphibious Mammal Service, using his torso to transport his clients through the swamp. Nibbles Maplestick: She's a beaver with little ears, a big black nose, a swirly haircut, and asymmetrical rabbit teeth. Her outfit consists of a dark camouflage vest, a salmon-colored polo shirt underneath, and teal denim shorts. She has a kind and helpful demeanor, though she's also somewhat unhinged, crazy, and eccentric. She's into conspiracy theories and makes podcasts that she uploads to the internet, where she talks about theories of the return of reptiles. Marsh Market is also home to a wide variety of amphibians and pinnipeds.
Lynxley Mansion
It's a large mansion belonging to the Lynxley family, located in Tundratown. The family members are lynxes, and they are credited with creating the walls thanks to Milton's grandfather, Ebenezer. However, thanks to an investigation by Judy and Nick, it's discovered that the true creator of the walls is Gary's great-grandmother, Agnes. Needing an investor to finance her creation, Agnes partnered with Ebenezer Lynxley, who secretly coveted Agnes's idea. After accepting Agnes's journal containing her designs, Ebenezer secretly disposed of it to steal the credit. Lynxley's maid, a tortoise, witnessed Ebenezer's crime and retrieved the patent before it could be destroyed. Before she could return the patent to Agnes, the tortoise was killed by Ebenezer using snake venom. Agnes was framed for the crime in a scandal that resulted in the mass displacement of reptiles from Zootopia. With Agnes discredited, Ebenezer successfully took credit for her designs and forged his own patent to fund the Weather Walls, which he then used to expand Tundratown by freezing Reptile Gulch and displacing its native population in favor of cold-weather mammals; he even personally cut power to the town's lighthouse. Ebenezer died believing his crimes would never be discovered, but Gary, with help from Judy and Nick, exposed the Lynxleys, leading to their imprisonment. The current members of the Lynxley family are: Milton; the father of Cattrick, Kitty and Pawbert with a persistent, threatening and ruthless personality. Cattrick: the eldest son of the family and the most ambitious and just as ruthless as his father, is Kitty's twin. Kitty: middle daughter, just as ruthless as her father and with a sharp tongue Pawbert: the youngest, clumsy, quiet one who makes nervous jokes and small gestures of kindness, seeks to please his family
Marsh Market
The buildings of Marsh Market are constructed not only above water but also underwater (like the open-air dining areas), and are built with ramps and escalators instead of stairs so that the pinnipeds can move around more efficiently. Locals can cross the marsh on the wharves, by boat or ship, by swimming in the marsh itself, or via a system of colorful, water-filled tubes, distributed throughout the district, that glide like a roller coaster. The harbor functions as a fishery to catch and process fish to satisfy the locals' hunger. Simultaneously, it serves as a market for animals looking for something to eat, such as fish, seaweed, crayfish, shellfish, starfish, kelp, chili logs, and other seafood. There's even a bell at the edge of a wharf that the animals can ring to request the services of amphibious mammals, such as walruses and sea lions. Next to the swamp, there's also a rusty, half-sunken boat, which serves as a hiding place for various reptiles. Money isn't accepted as payment; instead, people pay with a fish to prevent pollution of the area. Some places of interest are: Subway Station: a place where large water pipes of different colors meet, leading to different places inside and outside Marsh Market. The Reptile Club: It is located in a large room inside the rusty, half-sunken ship. The door is blocked with the shell of a Galapagos tortoise and will only open if it is moved. The Dolphin Bar: a dolphin runs a bar in an aquarium, moving along the counter to serve drinks. It's located on the harbor shore. Clown sea lion: In the middle of the port there is a sea lion dressed as a clown who does juggling tricks among other things, however he behaves aggressively if touched
Reptile Ravine
Approximately a century ago, Reptile Ravine, located between Tundratown and Sahara Square, was designed by Gary's late great-grandmother, Agnes De'Snake, in an attempt to integrate all of Zootopia—not just mammals and reptiles, but all animals of every species. The buildings were constructed with scaled roofs and diamond-shaped patterns. Each house had two different-sized doors to accommodate reptiles of all kinds. Some cottages had rounder roofs that mimicked the appearance of tortoise shells. Following the crimes of Ebenezer Lynxley and the false accusation of marginalizing reptiles, the district was abandoned and buried under mounds of snow, frost, and ice due to Tundratown's first expansion through the Climate Walls. The lights barely functioned due to the cold and were out of service because of a loose bulb in one of the lamps. In the end, once Agnes's patent is made public and the Lynxleys' centuries-old crimes are exposed, the record is cleared and the reptiles are officially reinstated in Zootopia. The previously abandoned but preserved Reptile Ravine district is thawed, restored, and reopened by Gary in honor of his great-grandmother, who received a commemorative statue at the town's entrance. Thus, the reptile citizens have returned home, including Gary's family.
Bunnyburrow
Bunnyburrow is a rural suburb for mostly rabbits and hares, located 220 miles from Zootopia and accessible by public train. Its population is constantly increasing, fitting the stereotype that rabbits are explosive breeders. Although most of its population is rabbits, it also has a number of other prey and predator animals, including goats, cougars, sheep, and foxes like Gideon Grey, a boy who used to bully Judy when she was a child and even attacked her once. Today, Gideon has better control over his anger and currently works at a bakery delivering cakes. Judy's parents, Stu and Bonnie, also live in Bunnyburrow. They initially feared Judy becoming a police officer, as they saw it as a dangerous job for rabbits like themselves. They live there with their 275 children, and it's where Judy lived before moving to Zootopia to become a police officer.
Mystic Springs
Mystic Springs is a club located in Sahara Square where various animals gather in a large private garden. There, members express their opinions, act like themselves, and connect with one another. It's also a nudist club, as none of the animals who attend wear any clothing. Although animals have evolved to wear clothes, doing otherwise is frowned upon; they find it strange to have to wear them. The lifestyle there is that of a naturist/hippie, though they prefer to call themselves naturalists. The owner of this club is Yax, a rather disheveled brown yak. He has a huge, shaggy mane, with flies buzzing all over it. Unlike real yaks, Yax is relatively thin, though he does have a belly. He wears a beaded necklace and bracelets, and his hair is covered in orange flowers. Aside from that, he wears no clothes whatsoever. Despite not being particularly intelligent, he demonstrates a great memory. He enjoys meditating, explorer rabbit biscuits, and the naturalist lifestyle. Yax is a free spirit. He doesn't care about negative opinions about himself or his beliefs; so much so, that he seems oblivious to those who feel uncomfortable with his naturalistic lifestyle. In Mystic Springs there is also an elephant woman named Nangi who is a yoga instructor; unlike Yax, she does not have a good memory and little enthusiasm.

Both call themselves Zebros.
Police station officers: 1
The police officers in Savanna Central are: Bogo: He's a Cape buffalo and the chief of the Zootopia Police Department. He's seen as a respectable, strong, and reliable leader, though he can be grumpy with those who irritate him. He often wears contact lenses when he needs to read because his eyesight isn't perfect. He's extremely tall and strong, with gray fur and large, thick horns. When he needs to correct someone, he can do so patiently or firmly, depending on the person's attitude. Judy Hopps is a small, slender rabbit with lilac eyes, gray and white fur, a pink nose, long ears, and very strong legs. She wears a blue police uniform, a black ballistic vest, light gray knee pads, and a black utility belt, or a gray t-shirt and pants when off duty. She is optimistic, shrewd, independent, intelligent, generous, energetic, cheerful, heroic, self-reliant, kind, big-hearted, persistent, ambitious, very nervous, enthusiastic, diligent, naive, and loyal. She is friends with Nick Wilde, the daughter of Stu and Bonnie, and has 275 siblings. She likes carrots, helping others, hugs, equality, Fru Fru's fashion sense, Gazelle's music, Nick Wilde, her family, respect, and justice. She dislikes being called "cute bunny" by other animals, prejudice, nudity, injustice, and dishonesty. She believes that society is capable of coexisting between carnivores and herbivores. Her negative emotions are betrayed when her ears droop, and when she is frustrated or angry, she unconsciously stomps her right foot. She always carries a carrot-shaped pen that also functions as a voice recorder. She possesses great speed, agility, and a keen sense of hearing.
other remote districts in Zootopia
Some of the remote districts within Zootopia are: Meadowlands Meadowlands (also known as The Burrows) is the district where farm mammals and/or domestic mammals live.
Canal District Canal District is the district where reptile and amphibian animals live.
Marshlands Marshlands is the district where flying animals/birds live.
Nocturnal District Nocturnal District is the district where nocturnal mammals and/or cave mammals live.
Outback Island Outback Island is the district where Australian mammal animals live.
Zootopia districts: 2
Other districts of Zootopia are: Rainforest District: The Rainforest District is a humid environment, as its name suggests. Filled with waterfalls, lush vegetation, and varying elevations, the district's residents live in places as high as the tree canopy or as low as the district's river. The treetops have an irrigation system that simulates constant rainfall, which also helps water the plants growing below. Thanks to the district's spacious interior, transportation is provided by highways and cable cars that crisscross the forest, while air vehicles like blimps travel through the spaces between these lanes. It is a district for all the rainforest mammals in the city of Zootopia. A hidden, abandoned asylum where Lionheart once sheltered wild carnivores can also be found there. Central Savanna: As the city's central hub, all other districts converge here. Savanna Central is home to many residential areas and key community buildings, including City Hall, the Zootopia Police Department, and the Central Station trains. It has many small districts and neighborhoods that connect to the center of Zootopia, as they are located next to each other on the map in the department's meeting room. Little Rodentia: Little Rodentia is only 21 inches tall, making it less than two feet high. However, for the smallest mammals, it's still a diverse district, with plenty of restaurants, shops (especially cheese shops), and transportation. It's located in Savannah Central Park, enclosed from larger mammals and with stable weather patterns to accommodate the district's small size. Members of the community also lend items considered medium-sized for larger animals and incorporate them into the district, such as Christmas lights for streetlights.
Zootopia districts: 1
The districts of Zootopia are: Sahara Square: Sahara Square is a desert oasis and tourist district, offering leisure, recreation, and other activities for Zootopians. Its architecture is composed of intricate clay and rock, blended with light and glass textures. It has extremely high temperatures, reaching up to 38.8°C in a single day. It is inhabited by a number of mammals adapted to desert climates, such as camels. It achieves its arid conditions thanks to a huge climate wall that the district shares with neighboring Tundratown, where the heat generated to maintain the district's temperatures is released in Sahara Square. There are several high-end shops in Sahara Square, as well as casinos and the world-famous Palm Hotel. There is a central taxi system, largely operated by camels that have taken up residence in the city. Tundratown: Tundratown is the district located east of Zootopia, characterized by snow, ice, and a large number of Arctic mammal animals that live there, such as polar bears or Arctic foxes. Tundratown is notable for its Arctic climate, as well as the domed buildings that make up its architecture. There is a special type of mobile transport for animals across floating ice floes. In addition to this, skidoos are a popular means of transport in general because the lack of traction on the roads becomes a problem for more conventional cars, as well as regular taxis.
Zootopia City
Zootopia is a sprawling city inhabited by a vast number of animals, including herbivores, carnivores, and animals of various species. The city promotes inclusion, both in terms of species diversity and the differences between carnivores and herbivores. Despite its inclusive nature, certain restrictions apply to entering Zootopia: reptiles and amphibians are prohibited, as are flying mammals and birds. Zootopia is divided into different districts, each with a distinct climate suited to the habitat of its species. Society appears to be united, although herbivores tend to fear or be wary of carnivores due to their strength. Previously, the mayor of Zootopia was a lion named Leodore Lionheart, but he was imprisoned after covering up the existence of carnivores who had suddenly gone feral. He had secretly kidnapped them to study the cause of their unexplained aggression, fearing that the city would question his own identity as a carnivore. After Leodore's arrest, his assistant Belwether, a sheep girl, takes over as mayor, but is arrested herself after Judy and Nick discover she was responsible for the savage behavior exhibited by some predators. She managed to trigger this aggressive behavior with a plant called Howler, which heightens their instincts. Belwether detests predators (specifically, Mayor Lionheart), the oppression of prey animals, being called "Smellwether," and having her wool touched, but she enjoys appreciation, power, respect, civil rights for prey animals, and doing something important. After Belwether's imprisonment, Brian Winddancer, a muscular horse who also works as a movie actor, takes over as mayor. He is narcissistic, enjoys helping others, being a hero, acting, watching his own action movies, and fighting for justice.
